Sample Meal Purchase Policy
1. One Order Per Customer
To maintain fairness and service quality, each customer may only order one sample meal. Duplicate orders—based on name, address, phone number, or payment information—may be canceled at our discretion.
2. Refunds & Stripe Processing Fees
If an order is canceled due to policy violations (such as duplicate orders or undeliverable addresses) and was paid via Stripe, your refund will exclude the non-refundable transaction fee. Refunds are processed in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, ensuring you are entitled to receive a full refund if required under these laws.
3. Delivery Area Limitations
We offer two types of sample meal delivery:
- Fresh Delivery: Available only for the Greater Los Angeles area, based on the actual delivery range.
- Frozen Delivery: Available only for select U.S. states, subject to logistical availability.
If your shipping address is outside our service area, regardless of fresh or frozen delivery, we will cancel the order and issue a refund (minus Stripe’s non-refundable fees). Please verify your address before ordering, or contact our support team.
4. Agreement Upon Checkout
This policy is clearly displayed before checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, including any applicable protections under relevant laws.
