Delivery Policy

We are committed to providing an efficient and reliable delivery service for our customers. The following policy describes in depth how we handle the shipping and delivery of your orders.

1. Delivery Areas:
We are currently able to deliver to Los Angeles surrounding areas. We will check your eligibility for delivery after you check out.. If we find that your area is not included in our delivery zone, our Customer Service team will contact you and try our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the delivery surcharge might apply or your order might be canceled when your delivery address is out of our delivery range.

2. Delivery Times:

Our delivery starts from 9AM, 7 days a week. We aim to ensure that your meals arrive before or around noon, depending on your delivery address and how many customers are on the delivery route on that day. However, unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather or traffic congestion may cause delays. If a delay does occur, our delivery team will strive to keep you updated.

3. Delivery Request and Cut-Off Times:

Delivery requests should be placed by 5PM the day before your desired delivery date to ensure that your meals are freshly prepared and delivered on time. You can pause, modify, or cancel your delivery, but changes must be made by 5PM the day before your next scheduled delivery. Requests placed after the cut-off time will be moved to the next available delivery day.

4. Delivery Charge:

For delivery that’s included within our delivery zone, delivery charge is included in your meal plan. For orders that are not within our delivery zone, delivery surcharge will be added. **The delivery surcharge will be calculated by our staff and notify you after you place your order online, cancellation is free when delivery surcharge is not agreed upon.

5. Packaging:

In order to prioritize both your health and the quality of your meals, our packaging has been meticulously designed to adhere to strict hygiene standards. We package each meal in clean, sanitized containers, which are then sealed to ensure no contamination occurs during the transit process. This process allows us to deliver your meals in the freshest and safest manner possible. Please note that all our packaging materials are compliant with food safety and hygiene regulations.

6. Failed Deliveries:

Delivery success heavily relies on accurate and complete address information provided by our customers. Please ensure your delivery address, including any necessary additional instructions or specific details (such as apartment number, building access code, etc.), is accurate and complete during the ordering process. This not only helps us ensure successful delivery but also avoids unnecessary delays. Failed deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect address information may result in losing one day of delivery, additional charges or even cancellation of the order. Always double-check your delivery details during order placement and update as needed in your account settings. Your cooperation is appreciated.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

Should you need to cancel your order, please do so 5PM the day before your scheduled delivery to avoid being charged. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once meals have been dispatched for delivery.

8. Delivery Issues:

Should there be any issues with your delivery, including damaged or missing items, please contact our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving your delivery. Please provide as much detail as possible, we will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Changes to Delivery Information:

We encourage you to keep your delivery information updated. If you need to change your delivery address or adjust your delivery times, please make these changes by notify our Customer Service team at least 5PM before your next scheduled delivery date.
By placing an order with JingMommy Postpartum Meal, you are accepting the terms and conditions within this Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon announcement.
